At Kenico Dispatch, every Trucker has a liberty to choose the Type of Loads, Route, Hours of Operation & Pricing, we make sure that every Load that we book is in agreement with the trucker after understanding the benefits.

STRONG FREIGHT NEGOTIATION.

We believe Negotiation is a crucial skill when we talk about Freight Brokers, and with our skilled dispatchers we make this possible, as they are constantly dealing with the Logistics of transporting good and services, additionally we possess the knowledge about Loads, route, and the price, so we make sure the best price is negotiated with the Brokers.

WE HANDLE YOUR PAPERWORK.

Once a Trucker is signed up with Kenico, we get them set them up with the Brokers by proving all the required documents, we also keep a track of your vehicle insurance and send reminders to make sure the policy is renewed in time. We update COI (Certificate of Insurance) as required by the Brokers, Lastly, we make sure once the load is delivered a Proof of Delivery is provided to the Broker so they can work with Factoring company to get your payment released at the earliest.

ROUTE PLANNING.

Planning is an important aspect to make sure a job is done timely & effortlessly, with the understanding that we hold about the routes, we plan your Route & Trip in a way where you make more money & your time and efforts are well utilized.

MULTIPLE SOURCE FOR LOADS.

In order to serve better Kenico Dispatch have multiple Load Boards, and have affiliated with market leading Brokers, who approach us to find truckers who are signed up with Kenico and deliver load in required vicinity.

WE HANDLE YOUR INVOICES.

Getting paid when you don’t have a Factoring is a tedious job, as it involves lot of paperwork, but at Kenico we take care of all your hassles beginning from preparing your invoices, getting Proof of Delivery & Voided check of your account to the Broker and ensuring you are paid withing 5-7 B days via QuickPay.

BROKERS SET UP.

At Kenico we have a separate team who takes care of registering, completing set up & fulfilling all the requirements with Brokers, so if a lucrative load is available you don’t waste time in set up, instead book the Load and get the wheels rolling.

FACTORING SET UP.

No FACTORING!! Kenico Dispatch got you covered; we have signed up with multiple factoring company who can help you get your payment for all the loads delivered by you on or before time.
